Diese Hoffnung hat sich aber in Kalifornien, mitten in der schlimmsten Dürre, nicht erfüllt. Ein Gesetzentwurf für ein Fracking-Moratorium wurde vom kalifornischen Senat im letzten Monat abgelehnt.
